Been checking out various options for coworking office space for my startup team and chanced upon this one – Bhutani Cyberthum in Sector 140A. And this looks promising – instead of renting a desk on a shared basis ad infinitum, it appears that more founders are now opting to own their startup office space in Noida, especially in an office like this one that already has retail, F&B, and a dedicated gaming/entertainment zone integrated within.

A quick call to Aadinath UR Homes gave me numbers – units start from approx 850 sqft at around 8,990/sqft, and the location has a dedicated car parking zone, and has direct connectivity to the Yamuna Expressway and DND. For a startup intending to scale up, owning a fixed address in a high-traffic commercial space versus coworking a desk away, seems like a smarter long-term strategy.
